Our flexible support is tailored to your interests and goals for social and civic engagement, and commonly includes:

• Social Outings and Activities: Support to attend movies, concerts, recreational parks, museums, and local events.
• Hobby and Interest Groups: Facilitating access to clubs, workshops, arts and crafts classes, or special interest groups (e.g., book clubs).
• Volunteering Opportunities: Assisting you in finding and participating in meaningful volunteer roles to build skills and networks.
• Sport and Fitness Access: Providing transport and support to attend gyms, swimming pools, local sports clubs, or adaptive sports programs.
• Education and Skill-Building: Support to attend short courses, TAFE classes, or community education sessions.
• Building Social Skills: One-on-one coaching and practical support to build confidence in meeting new people and forming friendships.
• Public Transport Training: Capacity building to help you become comfortable and independent using public transport.
